The terms that apply to every booking for wedding photography, wedding films and event coverage with Abdul Monnaf Photography.

These terms apply to all services provided by Abdul Monnaf Photography from 1 August 2026. A booking is confirmed only when both parties have signed a written agreement and the booking advance has been received. Where a signed agreement differs from these terms, the signed agreement takes priority.
The events, hours, team members and deliverables included in your booking are listed in your agreement. Coverage hours begin at the agreed start time, not when guests or the couple arrive. Additional hours requested on the day are charged at the published add-on rate and may be limited by the team’s other commitments.
You have booked us for our style and judgement. We will follow your list of essential photographs and rituals, but the selection, editing and creative treatment of the final images and films remain at the studio’s discretion. Unedited raw files are not delivered.
A preview set is delivered within 72 hours of the main event. Full photograph galleries are delivered within four to six weeks and films within eight to ten weeks of the last event, unless your agreement states otherwise. Delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our control; we will tell you promptly if that happens.
The studio owns the copyright in all photographs and films it creates. You receive a personal-use licence to print, share and display them, including on social media with credit where possible. Commercial use, resale or submission to competitions requires written permission. The studio may use selected work for its portfolio as described in the Privacy Policy.
We take every reasonable precaution, including dual-card recording and duplicate backups. If photographs or footage are lost or damaged through equipment failure, accident or circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to a refund of the fees paid for the affected part of the coverage. We are not responsible for moments missed because of venue restrictions, guest interference, schedule changes or lighting conditions outside our control.
Changes to dates and cancellations are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the studio is registered. Both parties agree to try to resolve any disagreement through good-faith discussion before taking formal action.
